Yes. Surveyor is one sign-in, Pay per review covers up to 5 people at a firm on one invoice, and Pro is one reviewer per firm. A Firm plan covers several people in the same office, with the monthly summary showing what was reviewed and by whom across all of them.

No. Run the free tool on a survey today: two reviews a month without an account, three with a free account. Surveyor and Pro take a card when you choose them at sign-up or from your account page, and you can cancel from there at any time. Pay per review is paid by card. A Firm plan is paid by card or monthly invoice (net 30), whichever we agree when we set it up.
Your account page shows the count for the month. On Free, a review that would exceed the limit is declined with a note naming the number and the reset date. A paid plan is never stopped: on Surveyor, Pro and Firm, reviews past the included number are billed at the plan’s per-review price on the month’s invoice, and on Pay per review every review is billed at $29. You can move to a different plan from your account at any time, or talk to us about a plan for the whole office.
They are processed to produce the review and discarded: processed and not retained, and never used to train anything. The privacy policy states it as “We do not retain your Documents.”
