The survey against the commitment

The legal description and Schedule B exceptions are examined against the title commitment, and discrepancies are surfaced for your review before they surface at the table. Where no commitment is provided, the review proceeds on the survey alone.

Each review is tied to the property and delivered as a report that can be placed in the matter file as received. A monthly summary lists reviews by matter and by reviewer, with the number of items flagged. On a firm plan, every review can go out as a comment letter to the surveyor, drafted from the findings, or as a report prepared for your firm to keep in the matter file.
